The Wise Nature Center is your starting point for exploring the reserve. Stop in, pay trail fees, rent equipment, grab a map, and check out the animal exhibits, observation deck, and nature store.

Open for special programs throughout the year on the third Saturday of the month (except December) at 8 pm.

Imagine the moon, planets, and galaxies appearing 200 times larger and 10,000 times brighter than when seen by the naked eye! With two computerized telescopes, a large lecture room, and a resource room, you're all set to star gaze.

Walk among and interact with a variety of Wisconsin's native butterflies in their natural environment. The season is short, but intense, and the species change frequently. Each year is different and extraordinary.
