Volunteers, Friends, Clubs, Commission and Nature Mappers.Friends of Beaver Creek Reserve.
Many of the activities, programs and classes at the Reserve are initiated, planned, implemented  and supported by the Friends of Beaver Creek Reserve. Today, without the help of the Friends, BCR would be unable to maintain its facilities. The Friends also operates the Nature Store, pays all or part of the salaries of most of the staff, and spearheads the Reserve's fund-raising activities. Many members of our Friends group also serve as volunteer naturalists, receptionists and public relations advocates. Quite simply put, without our Friends, the Reserve as you know it would not be able to exist.

Leadership
The Friends are led by an elected Board of Directors. A Friends Foundation, established in 2005, is building an endowment for BCR, which will assist in providing long-term support for the Reserve.
