Your birthday experience is top priority when you choose to celebrate your day among a wonderland of wildlife, nature, and fun. Your party package at our nature reserve includes:

Rates for Members:
$6 per person for members with a minimum of $48

Rates for Nonmembers:
$8 per person for members with a minimum of $64

GROUP RATES

Half Day (2½ hrs or less):
$4 person ($50 min)

Special rate for nonprofits:
$3 person ($40 min)

Day: $6 person ($75 min)
Special rate for nonprofits:
$5 person ($60 min)

Overnight:
$13 person ($150 min or $300 for whole camp)
Special rate for nonprofits:
$12 person ($125 min)

Tenting: $7 person
Special rate for nonprofits:
$6 person

If your group is using any cabin or one of the lodges, the standard overnight fee applies to all tenters.

Naturalist: $2 person
($25 min), added to use fee

Observatory: $50 for one
dome, $75 for both domes

Skis or Snowshoes:
$50 for registered group

A deposit and contract are
required for reservations.
Cancellations made 60 days
in advance are charged a
$25 cancellation fee. Less
notice results in the forfeit
of your deposit. Prices are
subject to change without notice.

Host your wedding, corporate retreat, scrapbooking retreat, or family reunion at our nature reserve! Tucked away in the countryside a few miles from Eau Claire, our Wisconsin nature reserve is a picturesque setting for any occasion.

Main Lodge - Seating capacity of 150 people
Renting the Lodge requires the rental of at least one sleeper cabin.

Updated and fully equipped commercial kitchen

Designed as a dining area, but also serves as a dance hall, an arena for card game tournaments, a movie theatre, a venue for craft programs, or anything else you can think of!

Huge stone wood-burning fireplace provides ambience

Restrooms have been recently updated and renovated

Cedar Lodge - Accommodates up to 32 people

Central space for group activities

Recently remodeled kitchen and dining area

Two dorms (each sleep 15) and two private bedrooms

Two bathrooms with showers

Outdoor fire ring

Sleeper Cabins - 5 cabins, each accommodates up to 20 people

Access to the Main Lodge, water, and shower house

Heating until in each cabin so your group stays warm and cozy even during Wisconsin's winters

Tenting Area - Accommodates up to 12, four-person tents
For an additional fee, campers can reserve the Main Lodge
or a sleeping cabin in case of inclement weather.

Nature Center - Accommodates up to 160 people

Wi-Fi access is available throughout the building

The Savannah Room accommodates up to 40 people and is equipped with a projection screen and a whiteboard.

The Woodland Room can serve as both a meeting and dining space, holding up to 70 people. It’s located adjacent to the Nature Center’s kitchen and also comes with a projection screen and whiteboard. In addition, the Woodland Room provides groups with direct access to the Reserve grounds.

The Auditorium can comfortably seat up to 160 people. It has a main stage area and is outfitted with a microphone and projection system.

Citizen Science Center - Accommodates up to 40 people

At Beaver Creek Reserve, the rental fee is affordable. So, the money you save allows you the opportunity to add little touches that reflect your style. Embrace the rustic charm of the retreat. Dress up the Main Lodge or Nature Center with white twinkle lights, tulle, flowers, pumpkins, and candles in Mason jars. You can even end the evening with a bonfire!
